Easy peasy baked dinners are my favorite!!

We had just made a costco run that included vats of coconut oil and pallets of tp, organic chicken, spinach and two huge cylinders of goat cheese so i threw those into pinterest, searching for recipes and voila, dinner was born!

baked some sweet potatoes and green beans and it was perfect!
