Stella loves to help in the kitchen so I enlisted her to help me throw these easy peasy quiches together! It’s the perfect dinner when you have veggies laying around and want something healthy and quick.
We made a bell pepper (from our garden) and goat cheese quiche and a Tomato (also from the front yard), basil and mozzarella quiche.
Here’s the base,
1-1/2 cups of milk
your choice of veggies/cheese
salt, pepper, garlic
preheat oven to 350
Butter pie dishes so eggs don’t stick
bake for 45 minutes or until it stops jiggling.
